Can I admit that I think the emphasized sentence hints at the possibility of Johnny Gat not being dead? I had a feeling maybe he’d be brought back somehow with the DLC being something about clones… and if you read the small print on the scrolling news ticker during Genki Bowl VII, it does mention something about the possibility that Johnny Gat isn’t dead after all (and it did mention the Gangstas in Space DLC content as well so it could make sense). This is all just my personal theory but wouldn’t it be great if they did bring him back to life since killing him off was a bit of a slap in the face (even though it was the driving force in this games story).
